A fantastically remastered, repackaged CD of Silly Wizard's classic 1983 live concert from Sanders Theatre, Cambridge, Massachussetts.

Silly Wizard was formed in the early 70's and were considered to be one of the world's finest performers of traditional and contemporary Scottish music.

This CD features fifteen tracks of unbelievable musicality and sensitive group interplay from the legendary Scottish folk band Silly Wizard.

This new release includes a booklet of rare archive photos and a fresh appreciation from Scotland's finest music journalist and "chronicler of the revival", the dearly missed Alasdair Clark.

Johnny Cunningham (fiddle, vocals), Phil Cunningham (accordion, whistles, keyboards, cittern, vocals), Martin Hadden (electric bass, acoustic guitar, keyboards, vocals), Gordon Jones (acoustic guitar, bodhran, vocals), Andy M. Stewart (lead vocals, tenor banjo, whistles).

"Silly Wizard is not just another folk music group; they rank with the greatest creators and performers from any country from any time." Niles J. Frantz, The All Music Guide.

"But above all, they gave Scottish music a buzz and a sense of purpose that it never had before." Alistair Clark, folk-music columnist on The Scotsman Newspaper and broadcaster for BBC Scotland.
