Another album of dance tunes and favourite songs - the third recording from Eriskay Lilt, the dynamic husband and wife duo Don and Kathleen MacDonald.
A mixture of Scottish, Irish and Country & Western songs, interspersed with lively ceilidh numbers and a haunting bagpipe rendition of Phil Cunningham's slow air The Ruby.
Backing musicians are Colin Garvin (keyboards, second accordion) and Fraser MacInnes (drums). Nutshell Music's studio owner and engineer Finlay Wells are also in evidence - you can hear some wonderful guitar accompaniment from him.
Their contribution has undoubtedly added to the already abundant lift, swing and energy of Eriskay Lilt, with a style which is guaranteed to have every ceilidh enthusiast itching to get on the dance floor!
