Our accepted ordering and payment methods allow us to provide the largest range of products to you, at the most competitive price, and with the greatest payment security. You may find it easiest to find a final price for an 'offline' order by completing our shopping cart process, until the point in the checkout where payment is requested.
You cannot order by these methods for reasons due mainly to your payment security:

- bank transfer or wire transfer
- Do not send us cash or payment card numbers by post, email or fax.
Order by phone
Call us during our UK opening hours using this phone number to place your order using your credit or debit payment card.
Use our search (at the top of this page) or browse the catalogue to locate a music product.
By clicking on ADD TO SHOPPING BASKET on any catalogue page, you place the item in your Shopping Basket. Any item can be removed later if you change your mind by clicking on VIEW BASKET (top right of every page).
Two prices are shown, depending on whether you are required to pay Value Added Tax (VAT, or sales tax) for your delivery country. The VAT-inclusive price only applies to orders for delivery in the UK and EU Europe. Other customers worldwide do not pay VAT.
Use the currency converter as a guide for converting prices from UK Pounds Sterling to US dollars, Euro or other currencies.
Once you have finished shopping, click CHECKOUT NOW (top right of every page) to process your delivery address. You can also add your credit/debit card billing address here, if this is different.
Your credit/debit card or PayPal payment is then processed securely with instant authorisation and confirmation of your completed order. Your card is charged with the amount shown in your chosen currency - UK pounds, US dollars or Euro. Your order will not be processed until you have fully completed this stage.

Order by cheque or postal order
Send your cheque or postal order to this postal address. You should enclose payment for the full amount in UK Pounds Sterling only, including any delivery and packing charges. UK and EU Europe customers also please remember to add the VAT amount.
Your payment must be made payable to Music Scotland and drawn on a UK bank. For international customers, your own bank may be able to arrange this. Non-Sterling cheques will be returned to your address, or destroyed if you have not provided a return address.
As your cheque or postal order payment needs to clear before we can despatch your order to you, you should allow up to 5 working days extra processing time on top of the normal despatch period.
